Elephant Pepper Camp

Elephant Pepper Camp is located at the heart of Masai mara in the Mara North Conservancy making it one of the best luxury accommodation found in Mara with game drives starting just from the veranda.

The lodge was started at around 1980’s by Liz and Stefano Cheli as mobile camping till 2005 when the lodge was named Elephant Pepper Camp named after the popular tree called Elephant Pepper tree that covers most of the parts of the camp, its scientific name is Warburgia ugandensis the most favorite plant for the Elephants

In 2015 the camp was bought by the Elwana Collections making it join the most luxurious properties not only in Kenya but Tanzania as well in the wilderness. Despite being a luxurious tented accommodation in Mara, the camp tents are designed in the way that it can easily be shifted from one area to the new virgin land.

The camp has 8 luxury tents with 4 doubles and 4 twins that offer big spacious bathrooms made up of local materials, running water throughout the camp, hot and cold showers in all the tents.
