
JK Mara Camp
JK Mara Camp is a mid- range accommodation found within Muliban conservancy in the Talek areas, just 5km outside Talek Gate adjacent to Talek River in Kenya’s maasai mara natonal park. You can be at the camp by road or air transport taking approximately 5-6 hours (250km) drive from Nairobi city center to Maasai mara national park and an hour to fly from Nairobi to the close ol kiombo airstrip then 13km drive to be transferred to the camp. The camp is convenient and business friendly to tourists, travellers who want to explore the park with its beautiful view of Talek River, wildlife drinking water at the river and surrounding areas.
JK Mara camp consists of 7 spacious and comfortable tents raised on a wooden deck overlooking Talek River reflecting traditional building styles with modern comfort. Each tent is well elevated, decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flush toilets, safari style hot and cold showers, dressing mirrors , mosquito nets, Deck chairs, work Decks, Wooden Tables, Free Toiletries , Free bottled water in the tents and many others. Each tent has a sitting areas, Private verandas and vanity deck that give a better view over talek river , wildlife roaming around and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with comfortable clean beddings containing queen sized beds. There is fireplace at the camp where guests relax and share stories about safaris; it also provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. The camp offers tents suitable for family as well as individuals with single bed, double beds, twin, and triple beds.

Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti National Park during July, August and October.The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
