Lewa Safari Camp is located in the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Kenya, the safari camp is set in the rolling plains north of Mount Kenya, where the richness of the wildlife in the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy is the most amazing safari experiences, the safari camp is a luxury tents accommodate travelers in the comfort. The central areas combine a pool, gardens and dining rooms, and cosy log-fires make the sometimes chilly evenings comfortable and intimate.

The tourists during their stay in the Lewa Safari Camp, can be able to spot the lions, leopards, jackals and many other animals which roam the plains, this Wildlife Conservancy is also home to the largest concentration of the Grevy’s zebra in the world. And the various habitats which are found here attract a lot of the birdlife and hosts over 130 White and Black rhino. In the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy where the Lewa Safari camp is the, the conservancy is 65,000 acres of the wildlife conservation area, and is a home to the 10% of the Kenya’s rhino population, the pioneering work here with this endangered species are easily seen on your safari as well as their huge population of the endangered Grevys zebra. All the profits from the Lewa are reinvested into Lewa’s core conservation projects, of which there are many.

The guest areas overlook a popular waterhole and include a dining room, library, bar and an inviting sitting area with a fireplace. In between game viewing adventures, guests can retreat to the coolness of a sparkling swimming or enjoy a spot of the game viewing from the camp’s hide. Adventures include twice-game drives, Ngare Ndare forest excursions and many others.

The Lewa Safari camp has got the en-suite luxury tents which feature the double or twin beds, three of these can accommodate triples for children under the age 16. The thatched covered in the African styled safari tents offer a main bedroom, an en-suite bathroom as well as a spacious verandah. In the other way to accommodate the families travelling with children, each family suite consists of two-suite safari tents (one double, one twin) with a shared veranda and an extra bed for a third child under the age of 16 years can be accommodated in one of the Family Tents to accommodate a family of 5.

The visitors may even enjoy  safari drives, Guided nature walks, Swimming pool, archeological site visits, educational talks on the history and day to day operating of the conservancy, and a lovely gift shop, Bush Breakfast and sundowners, Massage, Manicure and Pedicure, Cultural and the conservancy visits, the evening horse rides during which one gets very close to the plain game. The horse riding is for the experienced riders who are experienced in the riding, as being in the wild. Furthermore, the evening camel riders are also available, suitable for the guests also without riding skills, this is where the Samburu handlers lead the camels through the wilderness making a picturesque experience.
