Olkoroi camp
Olkoroi camp is a mid -range accommodation found in the loita hill on the edge of wildlife corridor, close to the forested Olkeju arus river with in the famous Masaai Mara National game Reserve in Kenya. You can be at the camp by road or air transport taking approximately 5-6 hours (250km) drive from Nairobi city center to Masaai mara national park and an hour to fly from Nairobi to the close airstrip then few minutes’ drive to be transferred to the camp. The camp is convenient for safari adventure to tourists, travellers who want to explore the park with its beautiful view of the Mara Plains, wildlife and surrounding areas.
Olkoroi camp consists of only over 5 spacious and comfortable tents overlooking the beautiful hills and Mara Plains reflecting traditional building styles. Each tent is well elevated, decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flush toilets, safari style hot and cold showers, dressing mirrors, mosquito nets, Deck chairs, Wooden Tables, Free bottled water , free toiletries in the tents and many others. Each tent has a sitting areas, Private verandas and vanity deck that give a better view over the mara plains, wildlife roaming around camp and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with comfortable clean beddings containing queen sized beds. There are fireplaces at the camp where guests relax and share stories about safaris; it also provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. The camp offers tents suitable for family as well as individuals with single bed, double beds, twin for sharing and triple beds. They cost 150$ per night and above, during high season rate is always high than in low season.

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya known of its incredible density and variety of animals. it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying a total area of 1,510 km squared. There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
