Richard’s River camp
Richard’s River camp is an Eco Luxury accommodation situated on the banks off Ntiakatek River, in the exclusive Mara North Conservancy, in the heart of the famous and game rich Masaai Mara National Park in Kenya Region. The camp is situated in the perfect place for safari adventure, surrounded by short grass plains and riverine forest overlooking the River and surrounding areas. The camp is situated approximately (5-6 hour’s drive) 260km from Nairobi and an hour to fly from Nairobi city to its own private river camp airstrip then 5 minutes’ drive to be transferred to the camp.
Richard’s river camp consists of 6 spacious and comfortable tents raised on a wooden deck overlooking Talek River and Mara plain reflecting traditional building styles with modern comfort. Each tent is well elevated on a raised platform, decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flushing toilets, solar powered hot and cold showers, dressing tables, mosquito nets, free Toiletries, white duvets and soft linen beddings, slippers, Free bottled water in the tents to Mention But a few.
Each tent has a sitting areas, terrace and vanity deck that give a better view over the River, wildlife roaming around the camp since its not fenced and surrounding areas. Tents are equipped with comfortable clean linen beddings containing queen sized beds. There is a fireplace at the camp where guests relax and share stories about safari it also provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. The camp offers tents suitable for family as well as individuals with single bed, double beds/twin for sharing while on Kenya Safaris.

A restaurant in main canvas structure that serves different meals both international ( vegetarians and non- vegetarians) and Kenyan cuisine to meets guests choice; English breakfast , picnic lunch and dinners (both in and outdoor dinners) served by well trained, welcoming and organized staff ,they also serve bush diners overlooking the stars in the sky and bush breakfast while enjoying the morning sunrise and animals roaming around the camp
A well-stocked bar and lounge with variety of refreshments both , local ,cocktail , wines, spirits and international beers, you relax and sip the cocktail while overlooking Talek River ,the Mara wilderness and surrounding area

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya know of its incredible density and variety of animals . it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border.
The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
