Day 1: From Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
As you walk in at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your person Focus East Africa Tours guide. After a short briefing you will embark on a journey to Maasai Mara National Reserve, it is a drive of 5-6 hours to the southwest, Narok County in Kenya.
Have an incredible en-route view of a lush and breathtaking landscape with green vegetation. Arrive early to check in at lodge for relaxation and overnight stay at Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Day 2-4: Exclusive Game Drive & Wildebeest Migration Experience
Spend these four days exploring Maasai Mara National Reserve stocking wildlife as well as The Great Wildebeest Migration.
The Greater Masai Mara region in Southwest Kenya is renowned as the ultimate destination for wildlife enthusiasts. With neighboring private conservancies, you can witness various animals including big cats, beautiful birds and herds of elephants.
Maasai Mara National Reserve is a world renowned destination for its incredible wildlife, including the Big 5. The Reserve also hosts the spectacular Great Migration where over a million wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River, follow the herds as they go on with their annual journey in search for food and water. Expect to see a range of wildlife from elands, giraffes, lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, cheetahs among others.

Day 5: Fly to Uganda, Entebbe International Airport
You will be woken up early for breakfast, after embark on a journey back to Nairobi where your guide will drop you off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to catch your flight to Entebbe International Airport after lunch.
On arrival you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and be transferred to your hotel in Entebbe, spend the rest of the day at relaxation, have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park located in Southwestern Uganda and today, you will use a 4×4 tourist vehicle.
En-route, don’t miss the Equator crossing your key area for a stopover, stand on the Northern & Southern hemispheres to take pictures then proceed to have lunch in Igongo.
Drive to your destination – Bwindi found in Kabale, Southwestern Uganda.

Day 7: Mountain Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi & Batwa Tour
Enjoy an early morning breakfast, after, drive or walk to the briefing area to get insight into guidelines for gorilla trekking. There are 4 areas for gorilla trekking in Bwindi -Buhoma, Rushaga, Nkuringo and Ruhija.
After brief, set off for actual search for gorillas at 8:00am, and expect to take 2-6 hours in the forest but it includes one hour of magical encounter with family of mountain gorillas.
When you return, get a gorilla trekking certificate and in the evening, relax at the lodge or go for a guided cultural tour in the Batwa community.
