The second season and the most popular is the Wildebeest  Migration known as the Seven Wonders of the World. This is one of the last multi-species migration on the world history, this happens from July to October when millions of the wildebeest, thousands of Zebras and other animals cross the Mara river from Serengeti of Tanzania to Masai Mara and vice versa.

Wildlife Season: This happens from mid October to December as the animals are lured to the southern part of Masai mara with the short rains of November. The grass of the Mara plains will be short at that time just after the wildebeest have migrated back to Tanzania.

The lion season or the predator season, from January to March which is breeding season for wildebeest, zebras, Gazzelles and others leaving the reserve dotted with more young ones which attract more predators as food is readily available for them. It is easy for Guest to spot large pride of lions always, the grass will be short making the open Mara plains very clear view.

Lastly but not the least is the Green season or rainy season termed as the Spring, the months are characterized with heavy rainfalls clearing all the dust from the reserve, breeding period for Antelopes, Impalas, Kudus and others which then attracts more predators especially the Hyenas, lot of birds as the trees and other plants flower creating beautiful landscape for the visitors.
