Detailed itinerary of 4 Days Masai Mara safari
Day 01: Fly from Mombasa to Masai Mara
After breakfast at your hotel in Mombasa, you will be transferred to the airport in Mombasa for your flight to Masai Mara.
Upon landing in Masai Mara’s airstrip, you will be welcomed by our guide and go for an en-route game drive heading to your lodge for check-in and lunch. In the afternoon, you will return to the reserve for a game drive enjoying sights of several wildlife including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, gazelles, giraffes among others. In the evening, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Accommodation: Mara Serena Safari Lodge – Luxury, Julia’s River Camp – Midrange and Mara Sentrim Camp – Budget.

Day 02: Enjoy Full day Game Drive in Masai Mara
Have breakfast and head to the plains of Masai Mara national reserve for a full day of game drive of exploring and watching abundance of wildlife, during the game drive you will be able to see several animals such as lions, elephants, cape buffaloes, cheetah, zebras, African wild dogs, rhinos, elands, warthogs, Masai giraffe and many bird species such as Kori bustard, fischer’s lovebird, herons among others.
You will have picnic lunch in one of the picnic sites in the plains along Mara River, then go for another game drive searching for other animals. In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Enjoy Full day Game Drive in Masai Mara
Have early morning breakfast and head to the plains of Masai Mara national reserve for another full day of game drive, on this day you can have a visit to the Masai community and a hot air balloon experience offering you aerial views of the savannah plains of Masai Mara and abundance of wildlife. In the evening you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 04: Fly back to Mombasa
After breakfast at your lodge, you will checkout of your lodge and with en-route game drive you will be transported to the airstrip to catch your flight back to Mombasa marking the end of the safari.
