Mara Treetops tented camp is a 4-star luxury accommodation found on the banks of the River Talek at the Junction of Mara’s Game Viewing Areas in the game –Rich Masaai Mara National Park, Kenya. The camp is situated approximately 6 hours’ drive from Nairobi City, 45 minutes’ flight from Wilson airport or 2 hours from the coastal region to Olkiombo airstrip, then a few minutes to the camp. The Camp is in the ideal location for a Kenya safari adventure and relaxation for tourists and travelers for game viewing and exploring the park.
Mara Treetops tented camp consists of 7 comfortable and luxurious well-appointed tents with views of the Talek River, wilderness and surrounding areas. The tents offer the combination of twins, doubles on a sharing basis, individual beds (single) with queen and King sized beds and family tents.
Each tent reflects traditional building style , well elevated on a raised platform, and is decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flush toilets, bathroom with hot and cold showers/bathtubs; chairs; mosquito nets; hand wash basin, chair and Tables, and Free bottled water in the rooms; free toiletries; and white duvets and pillows, to mention but a few. Each tent has private balconies, a large veranda and sitting areas that give great views over the River, vast plains and surrounding areas. At night the camp has hurricane lamps that give warm lights and masaai worrior’s are always on Patrol to escort you.

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited parks in Kenya, known for its incredible density and variety of animals. it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya, occupying a total area of 1,510 km squared. There are over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos; 600 species of birds; and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers.
