Giraffe Hills Mara Camp
Giraffe Hills Mara Camp is a mid- range accommodation found in Kenya’s famous Masaai Mara national Game Reserve overlooking the stunning savannah wilderness in the south western part of Kenya . You can be at the camp by road or air transport taking approximately 5-6 hours’ (250km) drive from Nairobi city center via Narok and an hour to fly from Nairobi to the close airstrip then few minutes’ drive to be transferred to the camp. The camp is convenient to Budget tourists and travellers who want to explore the park with its beautiful view of Mara plains, wildlife roaming and surrounding areas.
Giraffe Hills Mara camp consists of over 5 spacious and comfortable Tents overlooking the beautiful view of the wilderness and surrounding landscape reflecting traditional building styles with grass thatched roofs with modern comfort. Tents are well elevated on a raised platform, decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flushing toilets, solar-powered hot and cold showers, dressing tables, mosquito nets, work Decks, Wooden Tables, free Toiletries, white duvets and soft linen beddings, complimentary bottled water to Mention But a few. Tents have a sitting areas and terraces that give a better view over the wilderness, wildlife roaming around the camp since it’s not fenced and surrounding areas. All rooms are equipped with comfortable clea beddings containing queen-sized beds suitable for family/groups, as well as individuals, friends and couple travellers with different costs ranging from 200usd per night that keeps changing depending on season.

Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited park in Kenya know of its incredible density and variety of animals . it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Masaai are initial and local group of semi –Nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
