Maasai Mara National Reserve can be accessed by both road transport and by flights. A list of airstrips in Maasai Mara includes several domestic scheduled flights that operate between Wilson Airport in Nairobi and various airstrips around the reserve, with a flight duration of only 45 minutes. The popular domestic airlines operating daily are Airkenya and Safarilink which have flights on a daily basis.

- Shikar Airstrip
This is located in the Northern part of Maasai Mara, serving more luxurious camps like David Livingstone Camp, Elephants Peper camp, Royal Mara Camp and Duma Camp.
- Ngerende Airstrip
This connects guests to several camps like Mara Safari Camp, Richards Camp, Ngerende Island Lodge, Kicheche Mara Camp and Saruni Camp.
- Musiara Airstrip
One of the best and most famous airstrips in the Maasai Mara National Reserve serves top camps, including Governor’s Camp, Moran Camp, Serian Camp, and Little Governor’s Camp.
- Old Kiombo Airstrip
Ol Kiombo Airstrip is located in the North of the Talek River, serving guests at Porini Lion Camp, Fig Tree, Mara Explorer, Naibor Camp, Mara Intrepids, Base Camp, Kicheche Bush Camp, Nyumbu Camp and Rekero Camp.
- Keekorok Airstrip
The airstrip is not very busy and is located in the Southeast of Maasai Mara, providing access to Lonalet Hill and Ol Tukai Hill, while also connecting to several camps and lodges such as Cottar’s 1920s Camp, Keekorok Lodge, Mara Sarova, Salas Camp, Mara Simba, Sekenani Camp, and many more.
- Sian Springs Airstrip
This serves mainly Mara Bushtop, Ol Seki Hemingways Mara, Siana Springs Camp, leleshwa camp, porini Main Camp and others.
- Maasai Mara Serena Airstrip
This solely serves Mara Serean Lodge, with few neighboring camps around.
- Kichwa Tembo Airstrip
This caters for clients mostly staying in the northernmost region, covering camps like Bateleur Camp, Kichwa Tembo Camp, Mpata lodge, Kilima camp and Olonana. Other airstrips include Maasai mara Cottars, Maasai mara Olare Orok, and Maasai mara Buffalo.
