Detailed itinerary of 7 days Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar Safari
Day 1: Drive to Masai Mara National Reserve
To start your safari, you will be picked up at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport upon arrival or at your hotel in Nairobi after breakfast by our driver–guide. He will brief you about your 7-day Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar Safari, then set off on a journey to the Masai Mara National Reserve on a drive of about 4 hours with a brief stop in Narok Town for an interaction with the local people and to purchase some local handicraft items.
Continue your journey to the Rift Valley and escarpment viewing points for photos, and finally proceed with your journey to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge, then go for a game drive in the endless plains of the Masai Mara. Look out for wildlife species such as wildebeests, zebras, elands, buffaloes, antelopes, giraffes, and waterbucks, among others, as they graze and roam in the savannah plains of the reserve. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full-day adventure in the Masai Mara National Reserve
After a delicious breakfast, you will head to the plains of the Masai Mara National Reserve for a full-day game drive. During the game drive, you will see a variety of wildlife species at their most active, such as wildebeests, zebras, elephants, antelopes, buffalos, rhinos, lions, leopards, among others.
You will have lunch either at your lodge or at the picnic site in the plains of the reserve, and later go for another game drive as you look out for more wildlife and bird species. After sunset, you will head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Drive to Serengeti National Park
You will have breakfast at your lodge, check out of your lodge, and embark on your journey to your Serengeti National Park – your next destination. You will clear with the authorities at the Isebania border and continue with the drive, arriving late in the afternoon, check in at your lodge, where you will have dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Full day in Serengeti National Park
Start your day with breakfast and head to the plains of Serengeti National Park for a game drive on which you will see various wildlife species, including elephants, lions, leopards, buffalos, rhinos, wildebeests, giraffes, zebras, waterbucks, antelopes, impalas, elands, among others. Also, you will visit the retina hippo pool where you will observe big hippos. Then return to your lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will return to the park for another game drive. Later, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Depart from Serengeti and fly to Zanzibar
Enjoy breakfast, check out of your lodge, and embark on a journey to Arusha with an en-route game drive in Serengeti while enjoying the sight of different wildlife species, as you might have missed on the previous game drive. Enjoy lunch and be transferred to the airstrip for your flight to Arusha, where you will connect for a flight to Zanzibar.
On landing at Zanzibar International Airport, you will be picked up by our driver guide and transferred to your resort in Stone Town for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Relax and Explore
Today you can choose to relax or stay active on the beautiful islands of Zanzibar. Some of the exciting activities like
- Eat grilled seafood at the Forodhani Waterfront Market
- Picnic on one of the islands and look out for dolphins
- Climb on the ancient Baobab tree and take a swim in a mangrove lagoon
- Dive in the coral gardens or snorkel in crystal waters
- Go deep-sea fishing, rent kayaks or windsurfers
- After a full day of adventure, you will head back to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Breezes Beach Club and Spa

After breakfast, according to your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight back home.
