Detailed Itinerary of 10 Days Kenya, Tanzania Safari and Zanzibar Holiday
Day 1: Arrival
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed by a Focus East Africa Tours Representative and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi for an evening of rest. Depending on your arrival time, you will have a visit to the Giraffe Centre for an opportunity to feed the Giraffes.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Transfer to Masai Mara, Game drive
Meet your driver-guide after breakfast and journey to Masai Mara National Reserve with a stop at the Great Rift Valley for some scenic views, and proceed to Narok Town for a short interaction with the locals and a chance to shop for African-made crafts.
Proceed to the reserve, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge after check-in. Later, head out and go for a game drive exploring the savannah plains of Masai Mara National Reserve. As the sun sets, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day Masai Mara with Maasai Cultural Experience
Spend a whole day in the Masai Mara National Reserve on game drives and a visit to the Maasai Village for a cultural experience. Wake up early for breakfast, meet your driver-guide, and head out for a game drive on which you will see several animals including lions, leopards, elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, and the Great Wildebeest Migration if you visit during the migration.
Enjoy a picnic lunch at one of the picnic sites along the Mara River, continue with the game drive till late afternoon, and head to the Masai Village for a cultural experience. Here you will be entertained by local dances and drama, meet the elders and take part in livestock herding among others.

Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
Enjoy an early breakfast, check out of the lodge and journey to Serengeti National Park with border crossing at Isebania Border. After clearing with the Immigration Authorities, meet your Tanzania guide and proceed to Serengeti with en-route lunch.
On arrival in the park, you will enjoy a short game drive as you head to your lodge for check-in, spend the evening relaxing, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5: Full day in Serengeti
Spend a full day in Serengeti National Park exploring on game drives; keep an eye out for numerous wildlife species including giraffes, leopards, buffaloes, wildebeests, hippos, gazelles, Uganda kobs, and cheetahs among others.
Enjoy a picnic lunch set at one of the picnic sites in the park, and continue with the game drive till evening. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Drive
After breakfast, transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area – home to the world’s largest intact unfilled volcanic caldera – The Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater for a game drive on the crater floor for a game drive searching for various wildlife, including rhinos, buffalo, leopards, cheetahs, wildebeests, zebras, as well as pink flamingoes on the shores of Lake Magadi found in the corner of the crater.
Enjoy a picnic lunch and continue exploring the crater floor till evening, ascend the crater, and return to the lodge for an evening campfire, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 7: Drive to Arusha, Flight to Zanzibar
After breakfast, check out of your lodge and proceed for a drive to Arusha for a flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at the airport in Zanzibar, you shall be picked up by your guide and transferred to your hotel of stay.

Day 8: Stone Town, Spice Tour, and Prison Island
After breakfast, you shall head out for a Stone Town Tour, visiting some of the historical hallways and landmarks. Thereafter, you shall head to the Spice Farms for a Spice Tour where you shall get an opportunity to see, smell, and taste, or even purchase some of the spices Zanzibar is famous for, like cinnamon and nutmeg, among others.
Take a boat to visit Prison Island, and see some of the oldest tortoises in the world. Return to the beach resort for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9: Zanzibar Beach Experience
Spend the day at leisure, relax on the beach. Take a stroll through the fine white sand beach with amazing views of the endless turquoise blue waters of the Indian Ocean.
Meals shall be enjoyed at the hotel.

Day 10: Departure
