Day 1: Nairobi – Lodwar Town
You will be met by our driver at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport upon arrival, he will transfer you to Wilson Airport for your flight to Lowdar Turkana County. On arrival, you will check in at your hotel. Thereafter, you will go for an evening walk at the most famous mountain called Masalaba Mountain which is a conserved area by the Catholics explaining how Jesus was persecuted and crucified in the form of an Art. At the top of this mountain, you will have a beautiful view of Turkana County as a whole.
You will then come back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Explore the Magical Central Island of Lake Turkana
You will wake up at 6:30 am and have breakfast at your hotel thereafter you will have a 40-minute drive to Lake Turkana Shores. Here, you will board a boat which is about 1 hour to the Great Central Island of Lake Turkana. Upon arrival at the Central Island of Lake Turkana, you will proceed and hike to the top. You will start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out at 10 am for an unforgettable adventure into the heart of Turkana Villages. You will get a firsthand look at their iconic homes, and the manyatta, and have the chance to interact with the locals, capturing beautiful moments and memories with stunning photos.
