Day 1: transfer from Nairobi to Tsavo East national park
On the first day of the safari you will have early morning breakfast, meet your safari driver and embark on your journey to Tsavo west national park, you will drive through the city center enjoying sights of various buildings then join the Great TransAfrican highway along Nairobi-Mombasa route. This journey takes approximately 4 hours of drive on your way you enjoy the scenic views of the eastern region of Kenya and many cultural sights, you will make a stopover in Mtito Andei town for relaxation and also use a bathroom then you will head to Tsavo East national park. Upon arriving in the park you will check into your lodge, have lunch and in the afternoon you will go for a game drive, Tsavo East national park is a great tourist destination famous for huge population of lions and beautiful scenery. While driving through the park you will enjoy sights of animals like lions, elephants, leopards, striped hyena, giraffe, African hare, eland, black rhinoceros, zebra, warthogs, mongoose, waterbucks, serval, gazelles and many birds such as ostriches, kestrels, buzzards, starlings, secretary birds, weaver birds, herons, starlings and many more. After the game drive you will drive back to your lodge and in the evening you will have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 2: Full day in Tsavo East national park
On the second day of the safari you will wake up early for breakfast and drive to Tsavo east national park for a full day of adventure, in the park you will have a morning game drive driving through various regions of Tsavo East enjoying the beautiful scenic sights and many wildlife. You will spot animals like lions, elephants, leopards, striped hyena, giraffe, African hare, eland, black rhinoceros, zebra, warthogs, mongoose, waterbucks, serval, gazelles and birds such as ostriches, kestrels, buzzards, starlings, secretary birds, weaver birds, herons, starlings and many more. You will have a picnic lunch in the wilderness of the park set along the banks of Galana Tsavo river and after lunch you will go for a nature walk visiting sites like Yatta plateau which is the world’s largest lava flow, Lugard falls and Mudanda rock which is a 1.6 kilometers inselberg of a rock. At the end of the experience you will dive back to your lodge and in the evening you will have dinner and stay overnight.
Day 3: transfer from Tsavo East to Nairobi
On the third and last day of this safari you will have breakfast, checkout of your loge and embark on your drive back to Nairobi with en-route game, in Nairobi you will have lunch and be dropped off the airport for your departure flight or at your hotel. Your drop off marks the end of your 3 days safari in Tsavo East national park.
