Detailed itinerary of 5 Days Tanzania Budget Safari
Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your personal driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park, an incredible Tanzania Safari Destination famous for its diverse landscapes, abundance of Ancient Baobab trees and having the largest concentration of elephants in the whole country.
When you arrive in the park, you will embark on a game drive, have lunch at the picnic site. After lunch, proceed with the game drive and exit the park around 4.30 pm and drive to your accommodation in Mto Wa Mbu.

Day 2: Mto Wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will drive from Mto Wa Mbu to Serengeti which takes 6 hours including all spots as it transits through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Have a stop at Ngorongoro Conservation Area View Point for views of Ngorongoro Crater, continue to Serengeti National Park arriving in time for lunch at your lodge after check-in.
Later in the afternoon go for a game drive
About Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park is a vast Tanzania Safari Destination covering 14,750 square kilometers, famous for wildebeests and zebra migration. Over 1.5 million wildebeests and 250.000 zebras embark on annual journey of survival in search for water and green pasture.
The game drive brings you close to wild animals including predator hunting or on a kill, later head to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day in Serengeti
Spend this day exploring the endless plains of Serengeti National Park on full day game drive, you will go as far as south/east/west depending on the wildlife movement. So after an early breakfast you will go on an early game drive. Animals to lookout for include lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, gazelles, zebras, cheetahs among others.
Later have lunch and continue the game drive to evening, then return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Wake up early at 6.30 am after a hot cup of coffee, you will leave the campsite for morning game viewing in the heart of Serengeti National Park while enjoying the morning beautiful sunrise. The morning will be chill so don’t forget your warm clothes. Have a game drive till on the mid-day ame drive then back to the camp for a full breakfast and lunch.
Later leave the camp for Ngorongoro Conservation Area while you are having a game drive en route towards your safari lodge , have dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
This is your last day on 5 Days Tanzania Budget Safari, you will wake up early for breakfast, descend to the crater floor for a morning game drive. Search for several wildlife calling the crater floor home including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes and many other animals.
After picnic lunch, ascend the crater rim and embark on a journey to Arusha where you will be dropped off either at your lodge for at your hotel or at airport for your departure flight back home.
