Siana Springs Camp

Siana Springs Camp got its name from Maasai word Siana which means “Plentiful springs” as it located a midist vast vegetation with nice fauna and flora. Its one of the oldest camps in the area owned by Oltukai Mara Ltd was started in 1920 and later in 1970s it was given tio the local community.

The camp is located at the foots of Ngama Hills Eastern edge of the Masai Mara Game reserve hosting most of the largest springs of the Masai mara ecosystem hence getting its name. the camp is found in Siana Group Ranch that offers unique private bush walking experience to the guests especially those who like hiking can go as far as on top of the hills. Siana Springs Camp is located 240km southwest of the capital Nairobi, it can be reached by flights with daily scheduled flights departing Wilson Airport taking only 45 minutes direct to the camp airstrip or by road through vigorous scenic drive across maasai villages where one can stop for shopping and others. This is the most and the best way if the guest has enough time and wants to discover the true life style of Africa, it takes around 6 hours drive from Kenya capital Nairobi.

Siana Springs Camp is 8 km away from the Maasai Mara Game reserve main Gate, we have 38 safari tents that are located in 3 secluded wings those are: Bamboo, Palm and Acacia wings. All the tents provide luxury camping facilities with well furnished rooms which have single or double bedding with ensuite bathrooms and flushing clean toilets. All the showers have both hot and cold water, the camps are privately located from each other with high level of security that is provided by the Maasai warriors.

Other amenities include swimming pool, camp fire, 24 hrs reliable generator, open terrance dinning hall, indoor games and others. The guests also enjoy more activities around the lodge like Birding safaris, Game viewing, nature walks among others
