Our Collection Of Great One-Day Safaris
Our Collection Of Great One-Day Safaris : Who says going on safari requires a significant time commitment? You are prepared to travel in any way for some amazing one-day Africa safaris if you are in Nairobi, Kenya. We will depart early to travel to game parks with unusual names like Hell’s Gate, Naivasha, Nakuru, and Ol Pejeta in a customised pop-top 4 x 4 Land Cruiser Jeep.
A few short hours from now, you could be seeing huge herds of marching elephants in front of the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, or you could be at high-altitude lakes brimming with hippos and colourful birds, or you could be at a unique conservancy up close and personal with endangered rhinos and chimps.
Focus East Africa trips provides a variety of thrilling one-day safari trips to wildlife parks where you may go on game drives, walking, sailing, and even cycling safaris and find big cats, zebras, giraffes, and other surprises in the wild. We have a jam-packed day planned of experiencing East Africa’s landscape, fauna, and even indigenous people
Amboseli National Park
Have you ever seen pictures of herds of elephants grazing in front of a snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro? Amboseli Park, an elephant lover’s and photographer’s dream come true, is where that snap was taken. You’re sure to see enough of these magnificent tuskers because there are so many of them here!
However, this crowded and well-liked park also has lions, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalo, and unusual birds.
To make sure you have enough time for the three extensive game drives we have in store for you, we’ll get started early. After a delicious breakfast, we’ll explore the park’s various elephants. Look for raptors such as falcons and eagles in the trees and skies above.
We can even schedule a visit with the Maasai in their community, if that is what you would want. You will get the opportunity to interact with these native people and see their dwellings and pastoral way of life up close.
In addition, lunch is provided, and in the late afternoon, we’ll return to Nairobi.
Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Ol Pejeta makes a lot of claims, including being the nearest park to Nairobi where visitors may view all five of Africa’s “Big Five” animals: buffalo, lion, leopard, elephant, and rhino. Additionally, it is home to rhinos and endangered chimpanzees that are kept in designated refuges. More over, it’s one of the few places where rare African wild dogs may be seen.

We’ll go off early, pausing along the way to enjoy views of Mount Kenya and the famous spot where we cross the equator. We’ll be searching for big game at Ol Pejeta because the park has Kenya’s greatest number of predators. However, we can also make a visit to the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, which is the only location in the nation where you may witness these clever and gregarious primates.
Lakes Naivasha, Nakuru & Hell’s Gate Parks
We can visit both of these Rift Valley lake parks in one day and even stop at Crescent Island Sanctuary, which is close by. Unique bird species including cormorants, herons, kingfishers, and occasionally vivid pink flamingos can be found in the lakes.
There is a rhino reserve near Lake Nakuru, and leopards have also been seen there. Opt for a sailing safari on Lake Naivasha’s azure waters, where you’ll float by hippos that are grazing alongside zebras that graze on the beach.
You may ride a bicycle past steam vents and grazing buffalo, gazelles, and giraffes in the spectacular Hell’s Gate Park. Lastly, have a guided walking safari to Crescent Island, which is close by, to get up close and personal with zebra, impala, and vibrant groups of birds.
