Detailed itinerary of 8 Days Kenya Luxury Safari
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Amboseli National Park
On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our guide and drive to Amboseli National Park, the second popular national park in Kenya famous for its large elephant population roaming across the vast grassy plains and the stunning views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak.
You will arrive in the park in the afternoon, check in at your lodge and enjoy a hot lunch, relax and later go for a game drive in search for lions, herds of elephants, buffaloes, gazelles, giraffes among others. Conclude the game drive with a sundowner, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Game Viewing & Maasai Cultural Village Visit
Have a full day in Amboseli National Park with two game drives (morning and afternoon game drives). Enjoy early breakfast and head to the park, as you drive through the vast lake bed which is often dry, but swampy in some areas. You will spot several animals like cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, gazelles and herds of elephants all set against the stunning backdrop of majestic Mount Kilimanjaro showing all its glory.
Also, you will have a chance to visit a Maasai Village for a cultural experience, here you will be entertained by local dances and drama, interact with the elders and take part in livestock rearing giving you a deeper insight into their way of life and culture.

Day 3: Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park – Afternoon Game Drive
After breakfast at your lodge you will have an en-route game drive as you journey to Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru National Park is an incredible Kenya wildlife safari destination famous for hosting a huge population of black and white rhinos and the endangered Rothschild giraffes. Arrive in the park in the afternoon, in time for lunch at your lodge. Then go for a game drive searching for a variety of wildlife inhabiting in the park including lions, leopards, zebras, warthogs, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes and several bird species including pink flamingoes and several water birds on the shores of Lake Nakuru. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Drive to Lake Naivasha – Game Viewing & Bird Watching
After breakfast at your lodge, we will depart for Lake Naivasha arriving in time for check in at your lodge and have a hot lunch. In the afternoon you will go a boat cruise on Lake Naivasha followed taking you to the Crescent Island, a wildlife sanctuary found in the middle of the park for a guided tour. Here you will have a guided walk on which you will have a close encounter with many animals including giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, waterbucks, zebras and gazelles.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to Maasai Mara – Maasai Village Visit (Optional)
After breakfast, you will embark on a journey to Maasai Mara National Reserve, the most iconic wildlife destination in Kenya, home to the Big 5 and host of the Great Wildebeest Migration. Arrive in time for lunch at your camp, spend the afternoon on a game drive in the reserve, keep an eye out for several wildlife species including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, buffaloes and rhinos. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 – 7: Full Day Game Viewing
Spend two days exploring Maasai Mara’s savannah plains, the richest wildlife viewing area. Maasai Mara National Reserve teems with wildlife including all the members of the Big Five, the reserve also hosts the largest lion prides and elephant herds in Kenya. During the game drives you enjoy sighting of several animals including leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, wildebeests, warthogs, gazelles, zebras, buffaloes, topis and over 550 species of birds.

Day 8: Drive back to Nairobi
