Entim Main Camp is an eco-friendly luxury accommodation located in the hidden wilderness areas of Kenya’s famous Maasai Mara National Park, overlooking the Mara Plain and Mara River. The camp is located in the heart of migration areas, just a 10-minute drive from the wildebeest crossings during the migration, making it perfect for game viewing for travelers and tourists, especially safari lovers.
How to get there:
You can reach the camp by road, which takes approximately 5-6 hours (250 km) to drive from Nairobi city center to Maasai Mara National Park, or you can fly from Nairobi to the nearby Olkiombo airstrip in about an hour and then be transferred 20 km to the camp.
About the camp
Entim Main Camp consists of 12 en-suite luxury and comfortable tents raised on a wooden deck overlooking Mara River and Plains, reflecting traditional building styles with modern comfort.
-Each Tent is well elevated on a raised platform , decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean flush toilets, hot and cold showers, dressing tables, mosquito nets, Glass slided windows, Deck chairs, Wooden Tables, Free bottled water in the rooms, free toiletries and many others.
– Each tent features sitting areas, verandas, and private wooden balconies that provide a better view of the Mara River, wilderness, and animals visiting the camp.
– Tents are equipped with comfortable, clean bedding, including queen-sized beds, single beds for individuals, double beds for couples or sharing, and family options.
– There is a fireplace at the camp that provides warmth to visitors during cold nights as they share stories/experiences about the safaris.
Services and facilities offered at the Camp include
A dining mess tent serves a variety of meals, including both international (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and Kenyan cuisine, to meet guests’ choices. Continental breakfast, lunch, and both outdoor and indoor dinners are served by well-trained, friendly, and organized staff. They also serve bush dinners and bush breakfasts overlooking the river.
A well-stocked bar and lounge offers a variety of refreshments, including local cocktails, wines, spirits, and international beers, allowing you to relax and sip a drink of your choice while overlooking the breathtaking views of the Mara River, wildlife visiting the camp, and the surrounding area.

Wifi Internet hotspot in the main tent that enables visitors to keep in touch with their families and friends.

About the park
Masaai mara national park is among the largest and most visited parks in Kenya, known for its incredible density and variety of animals. it is situated 270km north of Nairobi in Kenya, occupying a total area of 1,510 km squared.
There are over 1 million tribes in Kenya, and the Maasai are an indigenous group of semi-nomadic people who settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border.
The park contains over a million animals, including lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and hippos; 600 species of birds; and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeests traverse the plains of Uganda during their annual migration from Serengeti National Park in July, August, and October. The Mara and Talek rivers traverse the grassy plains and rolling hills that make up the landscape.
