Day 1: Transfer from Nairobi to the Masai Mara

Our 4 days budget Maasai Mara safari starts from your hotel in Nairobi or at the airport where our driver guide will meet you and brief you on the itinerary. After the pick up at your hotel you will drive to Maasai Mara national reserve passing through small towns of the Maasai locals. A Craft shopping session will be at Narok town one of the biggest Maasai towns in the area where all the local Maasai crafts are sold. Continue to our lodge/ accomodation for lunch and some rest. After lunch go for an evening game drive to search for large prides of lions, elephants, buffalos, giraffes, leopards, Rhinos, Zebras, wildebeest among others not forgetting bird life. Return to our lodge later for relaxing evening as we wait for our dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day at the Maasai Mara

Day 2 of 4 days budget Masai Mara safari which starts with with African breakfast. After we go for a full day game drive at Masai Mara national Reserve moving with our picnic lunch. We then explore the entire reserve for what we might have missed during on our previous game drive. We enjoy the cold active nature at its early times of the morning when every animal is searching for the food of the day. Its common to catch up with action during this time like rare black Leopards at the park, Lions hunting or Hyenas try their luck and entire the African big 5 like Elephants, Buffalos, Leopards, Rhinos and lions. Masai Mara national reserve is Kenya’s most popular game reserve with more bird species like Ostriches, Vultures, Secretary birds, Weaver birds, Mourning doves, lovebirds among others with animals like Giraffes, elands, wildebeest, zebras, topis and others. Later we shall return to memorize the experience at our lodge as we wait for local performance from the maasai warriors in the evening.

Day 3 Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

With the previous memories it’s even had to leave Masai mara but our 4 days budget Masai Mara safari has to be completed. We transfer to Lake Nakuru after our breakfast with enroute game drive as we enjoy more wildlife. We reach to our next destination lake Nakuru at around lunch time, check in to our lodge for lunch and some rest. After lunch we go for evening game drive in search for the permanent residents of the park like Black and white Rhinos, buffalos, waterbucks, Giraffes and others not forgetting bird life like Flamingos.

Day 4 Return to Nairobi

We end our 4 days budget Masai Mara safari with departure from Lake Nakuru to Nairobi and have a stopover at the Rift valley viewpoint then continue with our drive to the airport.
