Roca River Camp is 3 star mid-range accommodation found on the bank of the Beautiful Mara River within the famous Maasai Mara National Park, Kenya. The camp is located in the Riverine forest overlooking the stunning views of the surrounding areas.  You can be at the lodge by road or air transport, taking approximately 5-6 hours (250km) drive from Nairobi city center to Maasai Mara National Park and an hour to fly from Nairobi to the nearby Musiara airstrip, then 20 minutes to be transferred to the camp. The camp is convenient and in an ideal base for travelers, tourists who want to experience a true wildlife safari off the beaten tracks/ wildebeest crossing the Mara River, and surrounding areas.

Roca River Camp consists of 10 comfortable and spacious tents with the view of the river and riverline forest. The tent offers twin, doubles, individual beds (single) and family rooming options.  Each tent reflects traditional building style.  Each tent is well decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities of clean private flush toilets, inside hot and cold showers, chairs, mosquito nets, hand wash basin, Deck chair, Wooden Tables, free toiletries, free bottled water in the rooms, free toiletries and many others.  Each tent has sitting areas, verandas with vanity deck that give great views over the River, wilderness and surrounding areas.  There is cracking fireplaces with comfortable chairs where guests relax and share more experience about the safaris not only that it also provides warmth to visitors during cold /chill weather.

Maasai Mara National Park is among the largest and most  visited park in Kenya know of its incredible density and variety of animals . it is  situated  270km north of Nairobi in Kenya occupying the total area of 1,510 km squared . There are many over 1 million tribes in Kenya, Maasai are  initial and local  group of semi–nomadic people that settled in Kenya and the northern part of Tanzania. Maasai Mara National park is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. The park contains over a million of animals that include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos and 600 species of bird and 60 species of raptors in different colors. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration from Serengeti national park during July, August and October .The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara and Talek river.
